AskVisas Ltd – Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective from [Date]

1. Service Overview

AskVisas Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides assistance and guidance to clients applying for UK visit visas. We offer multilingual support in English and Arabic. Our services are available only to individuals who intend to visit the UK for genuine, lawful purposes.

2. No Visa, No Fee Policy

We operate on a “No Visa, No Fee” basis. This means you will not pay any service fees unless your visa application is successful. However, official government visa fees and associated third-party costs (e.g. translation, courier services) remain your responsibility.

3. Escrow & Payment

Client funds are held securely in a designated account until a decision is made on the visa application. If your visa is approved, our agreed service fee will be deducted. If your visa is refused, no service fee is charged and your funds are returned.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we provide professional support and aim for the best possible outcome, ASKVisas Ltd cannot and does not guarantee that a visa will be granted. All decisions are made solely by UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI). We are not responsible for refusals, delays, or errors made by the applicant, ASKVisas or UKVI.

5. Client Responsibility

You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. We do not assist in fraudulent or dishonest applications. Any attempt to deceive may result in immediate termination of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

ASKVisas Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from a visa refusal, processing delays, or other immigration outcomes. Our services are advisory and supportive in nature. The final decision rests solely with UKVI.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat your information with strict confidentiality and handle all personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
