Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why are you doing this?
We’ve experienced the visa process first-hand — we know how stressful, confusing, and overwhelming it can feel, especially if English isn’t your first language. AskVisas was created to support genuine visitors with professional, multilingual help from people who truly understand how important it is to visit loved ones or attend important events.
2. What does “No Visa, No Fee” mean?
It means exactly that. You only pay us if your visa is approved. We’re so confident in our advice and support that we’re prepared to take on the risk ourselves. It’s our way of showing we care and that we believe in doing things differently — with honesty and heart.
3. Will I always get the “No Visa, No Service Fee” option?
In most cases, yes. If we believe you have a good chance of success, we’ll offer you our standard “No Visa, No Fee” model. If you request our services, but we feel you have a limited chance of success, we may agree to a fixed-fee, upfront service — that fee would be non-refundable.
4. Do you guarantee a visa?
No — and no one can. We are not part of UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), and the final decision is always theirs. We can’t promise success, but if we don’t think you’re likely to get a visa, we’ll be honest about that upfront.
5. Do you accept all clients?
No. We only work with genuine visitors. If we believe your application is dishonest, we will not proceed with our services.
6. Can I visit you in person?
No, we are an online-only service available to clients around the world. We don’t have a physical office, but we are easily reachable via email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
7. How quickly will you respond to messages?
We aim to reply within 8 hours (maximum). We’re open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays, but you can still message us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
8. What languages do you support?
We currently provide services in English and Arabic, with plans to add more languages in the future.
9. Are you planning to expand into other visa types or countries?
Yes, but one step at a time — we want to do what we do exceptionally well before growing further.
10. Do you provide visa tips and updates?
Yes! We’re building a growing social media presence and launching a fortnightly newsletter with practical visa tips, updates, and news. You can sign up on our website to stay informed.
11. Is ASKVisas a legal representative or law firm?
No — we’re not lawyers or regulated immigration advisers. We offer application support, guidance, and document review for genuine applicants. If you need legal advice, we may refer you to a qualified solicitor or OISC-accredited advisor.
12. What if I’ve been refused a visa before?
No problem. Many of our clients have come to us after one or more refusals — and then succeeded. We’ll look at your situation honestly and help you understand your options.
