No Influence Over Visa Decisions
ASKVisas has no influence over UK visa decisions. We cannot guarantee, influence or accelerate an application, or make decisions on behalf of UKVI.
Every application is considered and decided independently by UK Visas and Immigration.
Our Regulatory Status
ASKVisas is not registered with the UK's Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), formerly the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
The IAA regulates immigration advice provided in the UK, not services provided from outside the UK.
If you require regulated UK immigration advice or legal representation, seek assistance from an IAA-regulated adviser, solicitor or other appropriately authorised UK professional.
What We Do
