About ASKVisas

Refund Policy

1.A Visa Refusal Does Not Qualify for a Refund

A visa refusal does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.

ASKVisas provides independent assistance with the preparation, review and submission of UK Standard Visitor Visa applications. Our fees are charged for the time, knowledge and work involved in providing this service — not for the outcome of the visa application.

We carefully consider the cases we take on and aim to assist genuine applicants where, based on the information available to us, we believe there is a reasonable prospect of the application being successful. However, no outcome can be guaranteed.

ASKVisas has no influence over UK visa decisions. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made independently by UK Visas and Immigration.

For this reason, a refusal does not mean that ASKVisas has failed to provide the service paid for and does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.

2.Customer Cancellations and Refunds

Customers can request a cancellation and refund at any stage by contacting us by email or WhatsApp.

We do not operate a blanket “no refund” policy. Each request will be considered fairly and individually, taking into account:

  • where the applicant is in the application process;
  • what work ASKVisas has already completed;
  • what services or materials have already been provided;
  • what work remains to be completed; and
  • the amount of the service that remains unused.

Where work has not yet started, a full refund will normally be available.

Where work has already started, we will consider the work completed and the remaining work and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unused part of the service.

Our approach is intended to be fair to both the customer and ASKVisas, recognising the work already carried out while ensuring customers are not charged for services they have not received.

3.If We Decide We Cannot Responsibly Assist

ASKVisas only works with genuine applicants who intend to visit the UK and who provide truthful and complete information.

We carefully consider the cases we accept. If, during our assessment or while working on a case, we become concerned that an applicant may not be a genuine visitor, or that information or supporting evidence may be false, misleading or deliberately incomplete, we may decide that we cannot responsibly continue with the service.

In these circumstances, we will consider an appropriate refund based on the work already completed and the service remaining unused. Where the service has not yet substantially started, this will normally be a full refund.

We will never knowingly assist an applicant in providing false or misleading information or evidence.

4.Services Already Provided

Services or materials that have already been fully provided will not normally be refundable.

This may include consultations, assessments, completed application work, document reviews, personalised advice, application reviews and digital products that have already been supplied.

Where only part of a service has been provided, we will consider the value of the work already completed and the part of the service that remains unused when deciding whether a refund is appropriate.

5.How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be made by email or WhatsApp.

Please provide your name, the service purchased and, where possible, a brief explanation of your request.

We will review the circumstances and confirm whether a refund is appropriate and, if so, the amount to be refunded.

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
